Late Cancellation Policy for In Person Classes:
You may cancel your enrollment in a class up to 60 minutes prior to the start of class via our free app, webpage, emailing info@yogaheightsdc.com or by sending a text to (202) 599-8975.
If you signed up with a 15 class pack or Single Drop In, and you do not cancel your enrollment 60 minutes prior to class, you will lose that class pass.
Unlimited Members and yogis on Intro Offers will be charged a $5 late cancellation fee if you do not cancel your enrollment 60 minutes prior to class.
It is important that you sign up for classes in advance. Yoga Heights will cancel any class that has less than 2 people signed up 60 minutes prior to the start of class. Students who were enrolled will receive an email and text notification about the cancellation and refund if applicable.
All students who attend classes need to check-in at the front desk to make sure you are not marked as a late cancellation.
These policies DO NOT apply to Zoom classes.
